NCad at the World Congress ' Alternatives & animal use in life sciences ' in Seattle, USA

From the 20th to the 24th of August, the 10th World Congress on alternatives and animal use in the Life Sciences (#WC10) takes place in Seattle, USA. The Netherlands National Committee for the protection of animals used for scientific purposes (NCad) attends this Congress and will present 7 scientific posters. In addition, NCad members Henriette Bout and Wim de Leeuw will present published advisory reports by the NCad. The Congress is a scientific meeting with emphasis on the latest technologies for Replacement, Reduction and Refinement of laboratory animal use and innovations in approaches to ethics, animal welfare and public policy. The theme for this Congress is “The Three Rs in Action.”
